As expected, Anthony Davis’s “list” would change as soon as the trade deadline passed.

@ByJayKing was first to report early this season that Kyrie spoke last summer with AD about the idea of teaming up in Boston. Kyrie and AD are friends, and Kyrie is AD’s main draw to Boston.

If “29 teams” were in his list he wouldnt be asking for a trade. The Pels were a playoff team last year. He wants to be in LA. He even had his dad come out and try to discourage Boston from trading for him.

He wants to be in Los Angeles, with Bron, playing for the Lakers.

That is what is going to happen.

Anyone thinking otherwise will be very disappoint.

I'm sure he prefers the idea of being a Laker but in Boston he gets just as much money on his NBA deal, will have good opportunities to cash in off the court and with Irving and Ainge will be in the Finals every season of his prime. It's going to be much like trading for Garnett, with Boston not being his first choice but a good enough situation for him to accept it.
