I don't know Molly Rose.

I was never fond of Samantha Ponder.

I've been a fan of Rachel Nichols for a long time. She always seemed to really know her basketball, and takes things with the right level of seriousness for my taste. Some of that probably stems from her coming out of the Washington Post, and learning from Kornhieser and Wilbon. Particularly Kornhieser. She used to be on his radio show a lot, and was a great guest.

Beadle I also have liked forever. She was a great reporter back in the day for the Nets on The Yes network. She's a little too hammy for my taste usually, but as a sideline, pre-tape team reporter, she was a great fit. And because I got used to her, I still like her a lot, but she's definitely a bit off kilter for serious studio analysis. I think she fits on that show now though.

I really didn't like Elle Duncan at first, but she's really grown on me. And she's weird too, but it works.

And I've always liked Sage Steel. She's one that takes things a bit more seriously, but really seems to know her stuff. I even liked her when she was butting heads with Bill Simmons, who I was a huge fan of at the time, but usually I felt she was right about most things she seemed to get aggravated about with him.

In terms of goofiness, nobody will ever top the half-human/half-horse that is Dana Jacobson. The thing of nightmares.
