For an nba player to be carrying a lean 250+ is really hard. Hes symmetrical which prob co tributes to not having as many injuries. No chicken legs. Broad shoulders allow him to box out and lower body strength allows him to hold position.

I'd say he and Westbrook have transferable athletic bodies.
