There literally couldn't be a worse matchup for the Lakers...

They play a superior brand of basketball.

Jokic is a monster.

The wings players are athletic af, play defense, and are shotmakers.

And they have BARELY been healthy all season...

If it's the Nuggets instead of Warriors, it could be even uglier, tbh.

They are mostly young and inexperinced. People are not sure what to expect from them.

Mmmm.....I could see that. But not necessarily sure if it checks out.

The Lakers are young and inexperienced, as well.

Lebron turns it up in the playoffs. It's not a far fetched scenario. We shall see

Yeah I can definitely see experience being the decider here. LeBron, Rondo, McGee, Stephenson have a lot of playoff experience

Nuggets haven't been tested yet, it'll be an interesting series if both teams meet in the playoffs

You're under the presumption that the Lakers will make the playoffs....

If they do, the Nuggets will have something to say about it.

Hope no one thinks that they'll just lay down and die....

Well yeah your thread was assuming they make the play offs. Was it not.

This. :lol

Why make the thread then say 'ohhh the Lakers need to make the playoffs first'...

Because Silver has made his mind over which team will get screwed in an absolute rig-job for LeGOAT

We'll see Jokic getting suspended for getting near the sacred LeVag™

Because of LeBron

The only WC team I see beating a LeBron-led team? The Dubs.

Once Lonzo gets back and LA is healthy, they could make the conference finals imo. Assuming the seeding benefits them in that way (not playing GSW in rounds 1 or 2).

Lakers have better supporting talent than the nugs

The only reason the nugs are the better team is because they play a better brand of ball

Pippen said Phil would win a ring with these Lakers... He's right.. these Lakers have far more talent than his bulls teams

I honestly think the lakers would have a better shot against the warriors than the nuggets in a 7 game series.

No way man.

I love what the Nuggets are doing this year, but being young and untested may be what kills them in the playoffs. They will always have to prove us wrong. Warriors will ****ing stomp a mudhole on the Lakers.

The Lakers core at least has some veterans and LeBron who is a different animal in the playoffs (although he does choke at times as well).

10000% agree with this. They're hyping the Warriors but are setting themselves up for disappointment.
