They are done. They cannot get past the Warriors. If they won just one game and Lebron put up high numbers, you would consider that winning the super bowl, despite inevitably getting dominated against. Lakers ultimately don

This thinking is why you stay in the house all day telling yourself, "what's the point? I'm just going to die eventually".

You don't seem to understand a lot of simple things. You have a tiny brain. It happens.

Not sure the Pelicans do at this point. They were winning in the third. Barely play AD rest of the game. Get blown out.

What does that have to do with the Lakers?

No team other than GSW has a shot so nobody should compete, right?

It's not about the Lakers at this point.

It's about the media not wanting to be embarassed. They swore that the Lebron making it to the finals 8 straight times had nothing to do with the eastern conference.

For him to not even make the playoffs his first year in the west will be legacy-defining, tbh.

Right. Unless they intend on potentially winning.

Not even the media. It's the lebron hate group that want him to fail. Its the Kobe fans that want the Lakers to be bad.

Most reasonable people would tell you the Lakers healthy are prob a 5th 6th seed. They beat most teams not okc warriors spurs or rockets. In a 7 game series they beat Portland denver etc

It's more about Bron (and Rondo to a lesser extent) than the Lakers.

LeBron's life right now is that he has to climb a mountain knowing that he's facing a silver back on the top. He bitches while climbing knowing what awaits him.

MJ on the other hand climbed that mountain with no gear and kicked the silver back's once he got to the top.

One man is a winner, the other man is a wannabe and nothing more. :applause:

Michael was the Silverback. He is the "one who knocks".

It's because good things happen when you try (good advice for just life in general).

They make the playoffs, there's a chance they win the first round if they get to 7. Or maybe Warriors have a slump at the end of the season and somehow Grizzlies take 1 and Lakers beat them.

Unlikely, but not impossible.

They lose in the second round; but it shows Kawahi, AD, Kyrie, Kemba this team is ready to win but needs an additional piece.

Lakers come out losing the playoffs better than if they just never made it to the playoffs.

But what about long term? You force him this year and he could get hurt.
