He scored 36 points and added 13 rebounds first game vs the Bucks
Last game vs the Rockets he won his duel vs Harden by scoring 45 points + the W.
He has a solid case for MVP.

Once Westbrook realised his role as a facilitator and that George is the closer that team has been on a roll.

As long as the voters base it on head to head matchups ...

He's making a really strong case right now. 29/8/4, leading the league in steals and playing some of the best defense on a team that's on pace to finish around 55 wins? If he keeps up the pace he's been at since early December, he'll finish averaging 30+/8/4 while leading the league in steals and being 1st team all-defense.
He clearly has a case over Harden if OKC finishes with a much better record.

He doesn't have a case against Giannis, Giannis statistically is better than PG on both offence and defence

No doubt the MVP and DPOY is a 2 man race between the 2 best forwards in the league: Giannis and George
