That said I don't expect anything serious to happen against the assailants. That professor who hit that Trump supporter over the head with bike lock had his felony charges dropped and was given only probation. Also Berkeley has said they will take no action against one of their professors who applauded this offensive violence. Actually the only reason Berkeley publicly condemned this attack is because they've had to pay out tens of thousands of dollars to conservative campus groups for allowing violence to be used against them since Trump was elected.

im not going to deny that the favor is for liberals when it comes to media reporting. that's because the majority of news outlets lean left or sympathize with the left. but I don't rely on news reporting to get my information. and I have a good sense for bias so I can decipher what is real and what is presented. Fox news is one of the worst at this, perhaps they are compensating for the unbalance.

anywhom, if it was a black conservative punching out a black liberal, it wouldnt be much news, the same way black on black crime isnt made a big deal anymore. If it was a white conservative punching a black liberal then their would be some sort of spot light on it just because its a white conservative being violent towards a black person. And this is so because of the presumptions that conservatives are racist. And i wouldnt deny it, are conservatives more likely to feel good assaulting a minority? sure you got me. but the key difference is one is antagonizing the public (innocent people), and one is antagonizing a political gathering with their political ideas. One is in the political arena. the other is someone bringing political MMA outside of the octagon into the crowd.. my point still stands, people that go out to antagonize people will deserve what they are asking for.
and heres another key difference, the content being used is different. one party would be telling people to get out of their country, or gays or going to hell, or mexicans rape people. the other parties content isnt similar to that type of hate. and if what im saying is true, then one content deserves more backlash than the other in my opinon.
