Cavs did it in 2011-2014

Granted they got Kyrie out of it

BUT 1 hit, out of 5 TOP 5 picks in a 4 year span (yes Andrew Wiggins is a miss to me)

Side note: Kind of crazy Cleveland got gifted 3 #1 picks in 4 years and no one really talks about it anymore, damn Dan Gilbert's son sure is a lucky charm....
