People take the word "never" to mean a few years. Not like that shit was 1688. People in congress today...right now...were original Freedom Riders getting beaten by mobs shooting up the bus for trying to segregate bus lines and later trying to organize voting for blacks.

I love the fake reactions, "wows" from the host.

But yeah, I don't think the guy really has a case. It's somewhat similar to the Travon Martin story line, in that the guy with the gun instigated it but walked away, kept walking away all the way to the parking lot, and then the other guy kept confronting him. "He was trying to walk away, and I went in front of him." At that point the other guy feels "threatened" and has the right to defend himself.

It's also very stupid, dumb to not only continue following a lunatic that pulled a gun on you, and said that today looks like a good day for you to die, but to basically dare him to shoot him.
