Wilt has the best stats

Russell the most rings

MJ is the best combination of both, with the most accolades:

- most MVP's ever (11)
- most consecutive years with 1st team all-nba and all-defense (9 years)
- goat INDIVIDUAL season - only player to win scoring title, MVP and dpoy in a season
- goat TEAM season - 72 wins and ring, while sweeping all MVP's (mvp, fmvp, all-star), plus scoring title and 1st team all-D)

Shaquille O'Neal

Dumbest thread ever on ISh.

Bill Russell - GOAT teams. 9 players from 62-63 Celts in the HOF.
Career 43% FG as big man, 15.1 PPG and 14k career points (Mike Bibby level).
So clearly, rings not stats.

Lebron = 1*/9, only legit ring in a shortened season. Wilt has far superior stats - 100 point game, 50PPG season, etc.

Lebron isn't in the discussion.

Michael - 6/6 with 6 FMVPS. 30PPG career on 50% shooting. 32k+ points, 10 scoring titles, 5 league MVPs in only 13.5 seasons. 41PPG finals series to win (93) and multiple finals game winners.

So, rings + stats = true GOAT.

He simply was the best player ever. No stupid ISH poll from 13 year olds will make anyone think otherwise.

Meanwhile - the Frozen one might miss the playoffs the first year LeGED is in the west. Damn you guys are triggered / shook AF.

Being a Jordan fan means you get to enjoy both.

You get a lot of what Wilt had with the individual stuff -- highest PPG in NBA history, most scoring titles, many MVPs, and all that stuff.

But you get the championships too ... 6 of them and 6/6 in the Finals, plus an NCAA national title w/the game winning shot and 2 Olympic golds (2/2).

It's pretty much the best of both worlds. It's virtually the perfect career, you don't have to choose between one or the other when you got it all.

I dont understand how Lebron has the best stats when Mj averages more PPG in the Regular Season, Playoffs and Finals, which in turn led to more Rings in the Finals than Bron.,,

MJ is the hot shot proffesor who made it big at a university, Lebron is the School Janitor whos been cleaning toilets for 50 years on minimum wage parading his longevity stats.
