In Jordan’s 14th and 15th season he missed the playoffs while averaging 20ppg on 40% from the field
In lebrons 14th and 15th season he made the Finals both years averaging 28/9/9 on 54% and a 34/9/9 on 54% playoff run

What about LeBron this season?
Jordan couldn’t even play 16 years, why do we bring up 16th year LeBron?

Son the title says Age 34. In Mike's 13th season he had 5 rings / 5 FVMPs / 9 scoring titles and way too much shit to type. Plus a NCAA ring. Your guy?

no way hes making an AllNBA 1st or 2nd team
1st team forwards - KD/Giannis
2nd team forwards - George/Kawhi
Davis and KAT were better this year too but Davis shenanigans and injury will keep him out most likely

[QUOTE=SamuraiSWISH]Stats are easier to accumulate offensively obviously than the knock down drag em out 1997 NBA defensive climate.
And even the 2013 NBA was more brutal and slower paced.
So even the 27/9/8 needs to be taken with a grain of salt with the higher pace and lack of physicality with absolutely no rim protection.
Context makes the first two even more impressive. As obvious by LeBron

Lebron has probably played more than 15 k minutes than MJ at this point in his career than MJ...

Kobe's team was 3-1 without him.. Not 6-12.. Their record was 42-38 when Kobe played.. Kobe played with Gasol,D Howard and Nash.. Injuries were a part of the team but Kobe and Dhoward played all season.. That Laker team was supposed to compete for TITLE.. LOL
Harden made the playoffs with Chandler Parsons as his second best scorer and Jeremy Lin as his third.. The west was not tough..

Severe groin injury has him looking bad but the Lakers Management has also been shit after giving up Zubac for lint.. Dude was a guy who could get you 10 pts a night easily on high efficiency.. That bench is garbage without Zubac..

34 year old MJ >> 34 year old Kobe >>> 34 year old LeBron
Sounds about right, 90s defense was no joke and even the early 2010s had a semblance of perimeter defense, imagine if either 34 year old MJ or Kobe played in 2019, either would be the best guard in the league at the absolute worst and neither were even close to their peaks
