Lebron's poor defense and leadership have permeated the team - that's the main reason

And the lesser players/bench can't get theirs because of poor teamwork (7 pts for bench last night)

They need a SYSTEM that would get these lesser players in the flow - so lebron deserves blame for his skill restriction to ball-domination that prevents a system.... and requires the coach to risk his career to install one (defy lebron-ball)

But job security turned out to be a non-issue for Luke - he's getting fired anyway because Lebron-ball isn't good enough to carry non-star casts in the West - he should've known that given lebron's 3/7 record vs the West with stacked casts

Dude your honestly probably the biggest troll on this forum. You know damn well wins and losses are more important than stats. You just make idiotic statements to get Bron haters riled up.

Im obviously a LeBron fan but hes not playing well and he's not being the leader the Lakers need. This is mostly a defensive problem. He's playing absolutely no defence. He may be the worst defender in the league right now. This was never gonna be a offensive team like the warriors or the rockets. If they were gonna have success it was gonna have to be through defence and gritty play. LeBron isn't doing that and the rest of team is following suit.

The players are also losing respect for him as a leader because he's criticising them all the while he's not putting in the effort himself.

The Lakers problem is mostly because of LeBron. Some is because of the coach. Stop trolling man.
