Seriously. :confusedshrug:

Dude is 27, a year plus removed from the injury, and homie's still on that load management. :lol :lol

He might as well. Raptors win most games anyway. Keeping him fresh for the playoffs.

What a luxury to be able to sit out a third of your team's games and still maintain the 2nd seed.

Complete disrespect to the Raptors

Saving those legs for when he walks out on Toronto.

lol

I haven't watched Kawhi enough to know if he is "happy" there.

I'd imagine a finals appearance with the Raps could be enough to sway him.

It's a good fit for him. He'd be an idiot to leave. Then again leaving San Antonio the way he did was idiotic too.

he says it right here:

"because the regular season is practice and playoffs is when it's time to lace em up"

right after a game-winner. love that shit. :oldlol:

Exactly. Record without him is good and it gives the other players like siakam more time to practice. :oldlol:

Like I said, what a luxury to be able "to practice" during the regular season...while the rest of your teammates come to work every day and grind to get the wins needed for the postseason.

I haven't followed Kawhi at all this season, but it seems that this is where the new NBA is heading. The continuation of rest, rest, rest made popular by Popovich.

This is the topic on one of the NBA shows on YouTube "Should Lakers consider shutting LeBron James down for the rest of the season?"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMhSgw0M9nA&t

The Lakers are not going to do much this season, so lets just rest him for next season.

Such ideas are gaining traction.

Because Kawhit is a pampered p*ssy

He does commercials where he doesn't even speak

The guy is a joke. Incredible talent.. but mentally soft beyond belief

I am not sure why anyone would be surprised that Kawhit wants to sit out. He proved last year what he was made of or should I say not made of. He will forever be labeled a Kawhitter.

Actually management is smart for doing this. Kawhi sat out for a full year. First year back and management needs him 100% for the playoffs.

They understand that it's an all or nothing year. We all know Kawhi may walk next year, so it's finals or rebuild for them.

Only the playoffs matter to the Raptors organization. Not sure why you're confused about that.

This is why the season should be shorter. Teams shouldn't be able to get away with resting their best players so god damn frequently. It's bad for fans, bad for the game, and honestly it sets a bad example.

Depends on the team or city I guess. Raptors games are selling out with or without Kawhi. He's not that interesting to watch. :lol

thank god i flipped him for beal... load management is killing fantasy. its to the point where if you want to be good you just need to guess/know who isnt going to pull these stunts.
