The 7 man rotation includes:

Earl Clark (starting over Gasol)

Steve Blake (starting PG)
Artest (knee surgery, out for 8 weeks, came back in 12 days)
Gasol
Jodie Meeks
Atwan Jamison

with a bench of Devin Ebanks, Robert Sacre, Chris Duhon, Darius Morris.

You're missing key information there... (injury lapses - including the coach).

The answer is an obvious NO.

Lakers are 4 - 7 (29 win pace) with a 34 y.o Lebron.

It required 45 wins to make the playoffs in the WC in 2013.

LA has the win % of a 44-win team with LeBron this season. And that's with 1) a weaker roster 2) a tougher conference (and league overall) 3) taking a bunch of L's with LeBron recovering from groin injury

0 doubt they would make the playoffs with LeBron.
