These are stats that show your plus and minus when you are on the floor and off...

Lebron plays with Rondo for much of the time but his is almost 0.. Still he is a bit in the negative.. But he plays with Rondo who has a horrible plus minus when he is on the floor..

Last 12 games for the Lakers

Lebron

Either RONDO is still injured or out of shape because of the surgery or he is purposely stinking up the joint ..

Rondo at this stage of his career, lacks the focus to play hard and consistent 60+ games a year.

He's a killer when games matter in the playoffs, but even when he was in Boston that last year before traded, he'd just zone out.

Dude was out for a long time.. He is possibly still trying to get into NBA shape.. So far the guy is the main reason the Lakers stink..

True, but Rondo struggles with focus if games don't matter. if the team lays down tonight to the Clippers ( I actually think you see them play real hard) Lakers have no PG after Rondo to play.

I think what we're seeing is Ball has made himself a little more valuable than Ingram for this team moving forward.

Kuzma will get better offensively but he's essentially an Antawn Jamison tweener that's great as a 6th man.

Kuz is like a mini Jamison..

Did you take a look at how bad those plus minus numbers are for RONDO? Still Bron is almost flat though he is playing most of his minutes with Rondo..

While I'm not a GM, most people would say...

Rondo with a 2nd unit of cutters, and 2 3 point threats will flourish for 3-4 years.

Curious to see what happens with Lance and Rondo. I think Lance being only 27 and having skills as a key roleplayer is valuable. Rondo is a wildcard

Rondo has been garbage since 2012-2013, and even that year was more stat stuffing not even making the playoffs, he wasn't the same player from that year on.
He had one decent year out of the blue with the Kings, and a decent playoff push for the Pelicans, but the sample size is big enough now to say he's pretty much done, he's been bad overall for a while now.

I dont think RONDO is a bad player.. I just think he isnt his normal self after coming back from injury.. Maybe he is out of shape.. Or maybe he wants to have the summer off.. He doesnt care because he knows he will only be IN LA for 1 season..

The guy plays for 1 season and then some other team picks him up.. He would be a really good fit for the BUcks who have plenty of shooting..

Statistically, the last time a team was better with Rondo on it than off is 2012. Yep, 8 seasons ago, when Boston still had the Big 3 of KG/PP/Allen to mask Rondo's many, many offensive deficiencies. The sad thing is, he might be even worse on defense than offense. From 2014 onward all of his teams are much better defensively with him sitting.

The guy is AWFUL. The game has passed him by. There's no need for a "game manager" who can't shoot, score or defend. He might work with a 2nd unit featuring adequate shooting as sort of a calming influence, but he has no business starting in the NBA. Yet to see Luke constantly start and play him heavy minutes or even worse, pair him up with LeBron (the most DUH bad fit in the league) and kill his own team has been nauseating to watch. Playing Rondo too much alone has cost LA like 5 games this season.

Rondo can still give 20 decent minutes a game off the bench. He is an average defensive player at this point but has slowed down significantly last few years. He can still be okay as 5th option as long as others around him can play solid defense (like we saw last year with Pelicans).

Rondo makes too many mistakes & takes too many risks that become turnovers - you need the right personal around him for him to succeed. The Lakers don't have that, and they should let Rondo go this summer. Rondo never should have been signed. KCP/Muscala/Rondo don't fit this team, maybe Chandler too. They also need to choose either Ingram or Kuzma and trade the other for a 2-guard who can shoot. We have max money too - Klay Thompson is not worth max money but he is a perfect fit for this team.

Anyone with a brain knew Rondo has been a net negative the last several years. It's why he can't stick with a team. Pairing him with LeBron was even worse b/c the dude can't shoot for shit.

Magic is just a terrible GM is really what it comes down to.

If you had a second unit with shooters and a paint finisher..rondo is perfect for that.

If they end up keeping ingram and kuzma..kuzma and rondo in the second unit work great.

everyone pretty much said this from the start... why would you want rondo... on a team with Lebron James?

Thats like starting shaq and eddy curry in the same lineup.

Shaq and andrew Bynum I'd say.

Those 2000-2002 bulls were so dissappointing
