Here's my current analysis of how competitive these basketball leagues are:

Western Conference NBA basketball: 10/10
Eastern Conference NBA basketball ~6-6.5/10
G-League NBA basketball: ~5-6/10
NCAA D1 5/10
Euroleague 4/10

For reference 10 is the best basketball being played in the world, 1 is elite high school basketball. WNBA would be lucky to qualify even as a 1. Probably couldn't though.
