"So I guess Brad and Ky talked. Ky's our leader and when he's in a great mood and he's feeling good, we're hard to beat and it's contagious. It rubs off on everybody else. Sometimes when he's not like that, it can get everybody uptight.” - Terry Rozier

I like the guy too but he's been a bad leader this season. It's clear that the Celtics biggest problems stem from the team's chemistry, and that all starts with Kyrie. He needs to be more engaging and he's gotta lighten his mood up if he wants his team to play better.

He does seem a little too moody. Especially to be a leader.

Kevin Durant suffers from the same moody bitch temperament. They claim to be friends. I wonder what they would be like on the same team around each other all day ... they would definitely butt heads. Not a good look.

You need a talented soft beta that naturally concedes the superiority of another player and leader. That’s why talented mental softies like Scottie and Paula worked so well with big sack alphas like MJ and Kobe.

It’s a natural hierarchy. It’s difficult for Betas pretending to be Alpha to establish a pecking order where teammates want to fall in line.

it's clear that Kyrie learned his leadership method from Lebron
