In fact, I'm not sure where else he was even third best? Might be fourth in the NBA.

I can tell you never watched basketball until after 1994. He was the third best player on the Lakers and Mavericks .

Maybe for a year at some point like 92 or 93? He certainly was not with Dallas. Aguirre, Blackman and Harper were all better. As for LA, Magic Johnson, Worthy, and Divac.

Your superstar who could shoot threes was the fifth best player on those mid-late 90s Sonics teams. Kemp, Payton, Hawkins, Schrempf. Wow, those teams were really good.

I wish more threads like these were made. It's too much new school NBA dickriding on Insidehoops, and today's brand of basketball is not even that good. I missed how Inside hoops was in the early 2000s.
