Why always white women interviewing the athletes? Why not asian or black women? Why not an obese latino man?

It's really a weird dynamic.

If I didn't know better I would think the NBA execs were into a specific dynamic. Are these guys watching too much porn?

Maybe they use women to balance it out? Make it to where it's not so big of a suasage fest? Also it's about eye candy. Men want to see sexy women interviewing .There's more bleached girls putting in applications and in that profession.

Maybe because they flat out are better for the job. Why do you think it has to be something racially motivated? That shows you’re more obsessed about color than anything. Don’t project it onto others.
