Kobe's won 45 games and the 7 seed - a far cry from lebron's 30 wins and 11 seed
It's not even close
Heck, I remember when Michael came back and led a middling bulls team to the playoffs in 95', despite a long layoff and a declining team.. lebron had a nice long break this year and was in basketball shape, not baseball shape.. yet he's cratering while MJ excelled and made a playoff run

If Bran has two guys averaging 19/6/5 and 18/5/3 as his second and third option how come he's missing the playoffs with a superteam? :confusedshrug:

I remember it like it happened yesterday. LeBron leading a better team to a worse record at the same age

It's really something else when you look at both players. Night and day.

What Kobe did in the second half of the season was simply amazing. Everyone had written them off. It was an awful season for them with all the injuries, but Kobe dragged them into the playoffs. He was the real MVP that season.

Seriously, Lakers won all but one close game post-ASB (where Kobe is injured on a fadeaway), he delivered in every clutch moment, it was a thing of beauty.

Heh I remember when the media tried to circle him like vultures by the all-star break.
The man shut em all up.
