lol yes he was. I've never seen a coach who had less command of his team. They were a dogsh!t defensive team his 2.5 years there (immediate drop on that end the moment Blatt was fired), never played hard in the RS and generally seemed to not give a sh!t. This isn't even getting into how they never seemed to have a game plan. But not every coach is good at X's and O's and that's OK. What's less forgiveable is 1) inability to get his team to play hard and 2) not playing the right players. His rotations were a straight up nightmare.

Cleveland won 51 games in 2017 in a horrible East with LeBron/Kyrie/Love firing on all cylinders. That only happens when your coach sucks. I'll be shocked if he's ever a HC in this league again.
