None of lebrons teammates were ever Top 7 in MVP voting

And outside of 2011 none of lebrons teammates even got a single MVP vote

Sure, but top 5? Top 7 even?

Wade was a great talent and I'm glad he gave up the reigns in 2011 but was he ever top 3 or even top 5 MVP material?

Wade wasn't a top 5 player in the league in 2009? He wasn't the best player in the Playoffs on the 2011 Heat?

Wade was #1 option in Finals, NOT ECF tho...

How about the ECSF against Boston? The team that had eliminated Bran twice in three years and made him leave Cleveland? How about first round vs. Philly?

Wade got him over the hump that was Boston and Wade was the one winning the Finals MVP until Bran sabotaged the series.

LeBron won a championship without an all star teammate (2016)

Meanwhile Kobe basically missed the playoffs with an all-star starter (2013 Dwight)

Regular season, yes. But he had a disappointing series and lost to a very mediocre Hawks team

What does "basically" miss playoffs mean? Did the Lakers make it or nah?

All of these players have received MVP votes since LeBron came into the league and they've all played with him.

I'm not including players who received votes before 2003.

Isaiah Thomas
Kevin Love
Dwyane Wade
Rajon Rondo
Derrick Rose
Deron Williams
Chris Bosh
Carlos Boozer
Antawn Jamison
Shaquille O'Neal
Shawn Marion
Ray Allen
Ben Wallace

Did I miss anyone?

So someone receiving a vote for MVP 5-10 years before playing with LeBron is relevant how? That's akin to saying the 2011 Celtics had 5 MVP candidates as starters

how was he not an mvp candidate... he wins finals mvp if lebron doesn't quit and pout in the corner vs the mavs

According to nba.com, Lebron had exactly zero points in the clutch in the 2011 Finals (within 5 under 5 min left):

https://stats.nba.com/players/clutch-traditional/?sort=PTS&dir=-1&Season=2010-11&SeasonType=Playoffs&PORound=4

That's a 0.0 folks

 :yaohappy:

Then he collapses in 2010 playoffs and 2018 regular season... That's 3 catastrophic performances...plus upset loss in 2009, and record defeat in 2014/2018

That's waaaaay too many chokes, record defeat and upset loss to qualify for goat

Why was 4 rebounds and 2 assists enough for Jordan in 1996?

He had 33.5 points per game. A GmSc of 21.4 at a pace of 82 (adjusted would bring it up to 24-26. His next closest teammate had a GmSc of 13.

Edit

You mean 1998.

^^^ MJ was a defensive leader and carried the offense with record scoring burden, which allowed his team to keep it close so MJ's goat clutch and record 4th quarter scoring could steal games down the stretch - that's how the 98' bulls beat the shaq/duncan killers

Now why was being a net negative enough for lebron in 2013?

Net rating

Jordan 98' Finals:. +8.0 (https://stats.nba.com/player/893/advanced/?Season=1997-98&SeasonType=Playoffs&PORound=4)
Lebron 13' Finals:. -0.2 (https://stats.nba.com/player/2544/advanced/?Season=2012-13&SeasonType=Playoffs&PORound=4)

You mean the season where Kobe single-handedly brought the Lakers back into the playoff picture before he blew up his achilles?

It has to be that season because that's the only season Dwight was with the Lakers. The Lakers also happened to make the playoffs, but Kobe obviously couldn't play.
