NSA sonning CIA bad for a few years now.
CIA's LifeLog became FaceCrook.
Day end/Day started. Obvious.
Zuck's wife's fam is CIA.

Cia didn't like NSA budget and power getting close to eclipsing their own budget (not to mention extensive black budget funds from Ricky Ross type ish), so they assigned Edward Snowden to infiltrate.

Ever since Snowden (CIA) went to work for a private NSA contractor with the specific intent to leak their dirty secrets (in hopes that CIA could regain exclusive use of such tools) ... since that day the NSA has wanted revenge.

And since Rogers tipped off Agent Orange about the wiretapping, then Assange leaked vault 7, CIA has been getting sonned hard.

I would put my money on the NSA/MIC.

CIA is a mess right now, with goals that don't fully align with sane MIC.
NSA are no angels, but way less skeletons and crimes than the CIA.
Facebook/Alphabet put options will be a smart buy if Trump wins term 2.
