No Ingram (their 2nd best player) for 7 of those games
No Lonzo (their 3rd most important player) for all 10 of those games
LeBron on minutes restriction for 5 of those games (yet to have a negative +/- since he went on mins. restriction).
Kuzma missed a couple of games in there too

Team has been decimated by injuries. They are also tanking. And they also aren't very good.

They're not tanking. This team is just straight up bad since we lost Lonzo who was our most valuable player, no one that's still playing is worth having after this season.

The young players have realized that they're not part of the Lakers future. They're not going to go out there and bust their asses to make Magic and LeBron look good, and any impassioned speeches that Walton makes will fall on deaf ears because they know he's gone, too.
