Since the Eastern Conference is terrible, then some other superstar in the East should be able to make the East its bitch and make it to the Finals year after year.

I used 4 because that in itself is a lot of Finals.

The East has gotten stronger.

Having said that, you still have to be an all time great, top ten level player to get 8 free trip to the Finals. With some colluding of course. Though before colluding Lebron was losing to the likes of Dwight Howard.

hmm it's hard to say because the east is WAY better than it's been anytime in the past what 10 years? But I would say Giannis if he can team up with 2 other top-10 players.

Bill Russell is arguably the GOAT and i have no problem with that. Besides, who knows how many ungodly stats does Russell have if today's stats were applicable back then?
