Mj mentored #5 pick Pippen and guided him into superstardom
MJ-Pippen
Bird-Mchale
Duncan-Parker
Steph Klay
Kobe-Fisher
Shaq-Penny
All non#1 draft picks, no rookie of the years. Great players develop great sidekicks! Lebron being the chitty leader he is had to join established Stars like Wade, Kyrie, Bosh. Never developed anything.

I'm guessing Cleveland wasn't that good at drafting.
Which player do you suspect he should have elevated to greater heights?

It's impossible to develop young players with a style that turns them into spot-up shooters
So lebron needs ready-made veteran stars to win.. and MULTIPLE stars.. just one won't do

Maybe the guy who clamped his shit today, Joe Harris? Bron gave up on him after one season.... now hes an elite 3 point shooter and a great defender
