The San Antonio Spurs are nearing a deal with veteran Donatas Motiejunas, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Motiejunas, 28, last played in the NBA in 2017 for the New Orleans Pelicans. He has spent the past two seasons playing in China.

He had many different offers, chose the Spurs. Should definitely be a good piece of the bench.

I loved him for that one year or maybe two he was good on the Rockets.

Probably why he chose spurs. Report said multiple teams including contenders. Seen mentioned okc, but it's not reliable.
