Guess it's LeBron's fault the Lakers have missed the playoffs since 2014. Guy plays for them for 1 year and it's all his fault. And lol @ Kobe laughing.

But on the real... I mean Jerry Buss died in 2013... if that's not a precipitous drop off, I don't know what is.

In the tweet, did LeBron promise that he'll make the playoffs?

And Why the fvck is Luke Walton in the picture?

They just posted the pic... LeBron replied to it... yeah he's saying the streak is about to end. He didn't pin down when, exactly, but it's implied to be next season.

LeBron, LeBron, LeBron... one of the greatest players ever, millions of dollars, successful businessman, influencer... still not enough... still insecure AF. You poor, poor bastard.

Tbh the Lakers sucked before LeBron. The pieces don't fit. It's not his fault. He's also aging. I think him taking on a squad like this was his fault. It's only showing how much he's aging and that soon he won't be that guy. If the Lakers are smart they'd trade him for whatever pieces they can and rebuild.

He should have went to a team that had it together. While it's good for his legacy he didn't, it somehow will take away from him.

I dont get it, Kobe is responsible for 90% of those playoff misses.

I really felt Magic had a bunch more GM acumen then he has shown us. The fact that he initially acquired zero shooters or defense was my first scare. This isnt 2013 Miami peak LeBron where he was damn near DPOY and had the juice in his legs to get up at will.

This is 8 consecutive Finals LeBron who played big, big minutes against a very difficult Warriors squad. I think I #TrustedTheProcess with Magic too much and look where it's gotten us. One good thing about this year is that LBJ did show that he can still go for 40 on occasion and he did that have that 50-point game this year. But every, and I do mean, every aging star needs one defensive stopper and a good 3 point shooter. The Lakers have neither and will be in world of hurt if they are unable to acquire either this off season.

That is part of the funny 'throw Bron under the buss' gimmick but to be fair he was hurt for some of those seasons. Either way, of the 6 seasons the Lakers have missed the playoffs, Kobe was 'responsible' for 5.

Yeah, this is correct.

It's a way to keep LeBron's name in the media despite him and the Lakers no longer being a story for the rest of the season.

75%+ of NBA fans only care about LeBron, so they're milking it for every last ounce.

Watch LeBron's name come up multiple times in the playoffs.
