Not in the posted clip,

The 1st one is clearly a travel. The 2nd one should be called a travel but a legitimate argument can be made that it isn't. The issue is that the NBA rule book leaves a LOT of room for interpretation on the gather dribble. If you have someone with big hands, it creates even more havoc. There are a lot of loopholes. It's a farce.

His footwork is on another level but yes at times he travels.

Like him or not, there's some crazy timing and rhythm to pulling that shot off that isn't natural and takes hours and hours of work.
My biggest problem is I still find it proposterous that he does it 8, 10, 12 times a game. The spirit of any game says you shouldn't do that (M. Bison Psycho Crusher from Street Fighter 2, anyone??). But then again, why not?

If he was 40% 3PT shooter I’d vote the first option. But the fact he chucks so much diminishes the luster of his step back 3. It’s mostly gimmicky at this point.

When he's on he's an unstoppable shooter.

I'll give Harden props, he understands the rules of the game better than probably anyone in league history and it's why he gets away with so many offensive fouls that any other player would get called for. He's crafty, insanely crafty
Both were travels but as mentioned earlier it's open for interpretation
