Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the alleged victim told cops Porzingis pinned her down on a bed in his guest room, penetrated her ****** with his ***** and then got violent.

The woman told cops he hit her in the face several times, spit on her, called her "my bitch" and "my slave" and said he owned her. We're told the accuser claims he stopped assaulting her as she was putting up a fight.

Probably thought he was still in Latvia where this kind of thing is legal.

Rape statistics have more to do with laws and how the crime is reported than its actual occurance.

This. Just because it isn't reported doesn't mean it didn't happen.

This is such horseshit. Homeboy tore his knee apart and then came home and decided to rape some neighbor slut? Give me a break. And so what if he did? That's what women are there for. To be used at our discretion as we please.

It's pretty commonly known that crime in Latvia and Estonia is very low compared to the USA.

"In Latvia, a person who commits an act of sexual intercourse by means of violence, threats, taking advantage of the state of helplessness of the victim, or by abuse of authority, is guilty of rape. (Section 159 of the Criminal Code). Rape and other sexual crimes are defined under Chapter XVI called "Criminal Offences against Morals and Sexual Inviolability"." - wiki
