Hinkie mind f(cked them.
Held the pick over their head for years and had them running ragged.
Thanks Kobe for the Nash pick. Always looking out for his Philadelphia brethren.

RIP Dr. Jerry Buss. No one talks enough about how much of a baller he was and how important he was to maintaining the LA mystique. Just a great owner, and he did it all with a 20-year old blonde on his left arm, and a 25-year old brunette on his right.

We traded him :( And Lopez :(

LeBron averaged 28/8/8 on 51% and his supporting cast still missed the playoffs

Your thread is about who they drafted, not who's currently on the team.

Drafting is one thing the Lakers have done better than just about every team in the league since 2014.
Lakers rookie acquisitions 2014-2018:
2014
Julius Randle, 7
Jordan Clarkson, 46
2015
D'Angelo Russell, 2
Larry Nance, Jr., 27
2016
Brandon Ingram, 2
Ivica Zubac, 32
David Nwaba, udfa
Alex Caruso, udfa
2017
Lonzo Ball, 2
Kyle Kuzma, 27
Josh Hart, 30
Thomas Bryant, 42
For as much grief as the Lakers front office has received over these years, someone in that organization can definitely scout. Having picks is one thing, but hitting on them is another. And hitting on late 1st/2nds/udfa's is another, yet. And there are A LOT of hits here. These guys are all firmly in the league and producing.
The problem has been with what they're doing with the players once they get them. People hate the Russell trade right now, but the pick they received became Kuzma, which makes it a little easier to swallow. They traded Clarkson and Nance to Lebron, let Randle walk for Lebron, and apparently had no idea what they had in Thomas Bryant.

Right and so what seems to be the theme over the last 6 years? Keep following the trail of thought, you're nearly there.

That they give away good players they've drafted in stupid moves. Like signing Lebron..

When MJ puts up great stats and doesnt succeed, it's what a loser, he cant win w/o Pippen.
When Lebron puts up great stats and doesnt succeed, it's look at his team, they suck.
Typical LeBron stains.
