In the 90s it was about winning. Sure, Jordan led the league in scoring for 10 years, but he had that drive in him. He wanted to win. That meant also playing defense and playing off the ball.
Lebron seems to play for stats literally. It’s gotten to the point where he can miss the playoffs and his fans just say 27-8-8. Wow. I thought the point of the game was to win. And the funny thing is Westbrook is gonna average a triple double for the 3rd year in a row and we’re gonna sneeze at that.
Fans have nowhere else to argue so they point to his field goal percentage or bring up the 4th seed. It’s like no matter what, they never seem to put winning first. And when they do give him credit for a win, they will ignore every loss and use the “I need somebody help” slogan. Mr Lebron invented that extreme slogan. He is the king of needing help.
