Why? Why would Bron fans root against the guy we beat in 2012 Finals...

Harden's MVP would only strengthen Bron's ring value AND downgrade 1 MVP Kobe. Every Bron fan "should" be rooting for Harden.

Not...making...any...sense.

God damn you're stupid as ****. Harden led the Rockets to 65 wins last season.

Rockets started 11-14... They're 39-14 since. In that stretch Harden is averaging 40/7/7/2 on 62% TS and you wanna talk about EMPTY STATS? Holy **** dude, someone must've drilled a hole in your brain when you were born 10 years ago.

Harden didn't lead shit everyone knows CP3 was the real leader of that team

Rockets were playing at like a 60 win pace last season in the games Harden wasn't playing

CP3 was the reason they almost beat the Warriors. whilst Harden was the one who was choking like he always does :roll:

Not every player made a definitive choice, but among those who did, Harden was the landslide winner.

"Late game, Giannis doesn't have the ball in his hands to win," Magic guard Evan Fournier said. "For an MVP, that's kind of hard."

"They're different players," Gallinari said. "James is an amazing scorer. He can score in every way imaginable. He doesn't have weaknesses. To have the Rockets doing so well in the West, I would vote for him."

"To me, it's Harden," Leuer said. "People say his numbers are inflated because of D'Antoni's system, and he dribbles the air out of the ball, but carrying his team every night no matter who is out there, you can't go against that.

"It doesn't matter who is in or out," he said. "If they're picking up and playing a guy on a 10-day or what, James makes his team better every night."

Nothing but positive things said about Harden. Even Steph Curry said he thinks Harden should be this year's MVP. Safe to say he has the players' support

I switch my vote to Giannis

Harden's team was injured but cp3, capella, and gordon still played 50+ games... and giannis' net rating is twice harden's

But Houston should far better against the Warriors.. if the bucks were good enough to beat the Warriors, they would've won more than 60 games considering they were going all out, all year

:biggums:

Not one of the bucks players is in the top 40 in minutes. Giannis the MVP is only playing 32 minutes a game. Middleton is playing 31 mins and Bledsoe their starting PG isn't even cracking 30mins at 29mins a game, dafuq are you on about?

Bucks never took any games off like veteran champions do - their 58-60 wins is either their peak or overstates them, while the Warriors' 58 wins is an understatement, like the 93' bulls

And lower minutes/resting guys is the standard nowadays, so I don't see a material competitive advantage for the bucks.. again, they went all out and would've won more if they were actually good enough to compete with the Warriors

now I could be wrong if Giannis maintains or increases his dominance in the playoffs... but that's a big if - most guys in Giannis' spot decline in the PO, and their team isn't the same team as a result

So it's all on Giannis. It's either them or Toronto in the Finals.. if Giannis drops off, it could be Philly

Imagine writing all this shit about Jordan in a Giannis vs Harden MVP thread just to hide this

93 = MJ = 57 wins
94 = NO MJ = 55 wins

What an impactful player :applause:

So hard to pick for me. Giannis is great on both ends and his team ends up with 60+ wins, but the win difference is only 8 games right now and that's with Harden's 2nd-4th options all missing 15+ games...

Harden's been snubbed in the past so I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't win it. Kobe lost to a white Canadian guy who wasn't even the best player on his team that year.

Harden should have won it in 2017
