Because I do. The crouch is a cut off. You'd have to be crazy not to direct all of your attention for not thinking to your anus. Life is basically digestion.

The Freeze Man! He's got some stuff right no doubt. I ought to learn more of his method. Him and Head Space Guy. But it's interesting that you think you might tip over: forward thinking: anticipation: leaning into the inevitable. Why bother?

I'm just not sure about that bend. It's good on the shitter, but preparing for the shit is a whole other beauty.

I have, but not usually. I almost always meditate while lying flat on my back.

Ooh. That's a special way to do it too. It's less action oriented but certainly a nice contrast. What do you do in the pose?

I think it's just a physical thing for me because I have problems with my lower back and avoid sitting as much as possible. I prefer to stand or lie down - in general, not just in meditation. I often stand at counters to eat and work rather than sitting at a desk.

I used to do qigong standing, and meditation focused on breathing while sitting straight and some lying meditation back then.

Now DHIKR is a superior option.
