Washed up 35 year old post injury Wilt put up 29/20 over 5 games vs a 6'11 260 pound guy who was still an all star in the 80s. Hes valid competition when hes putting in work vs the GOAT frontcourt 80s Celtics but hes garbage when hes Wilts matchup of course.....


Wilt was pretty unstoppable no matter who he played. He just chose not to shoot at times. But people act like he literally couldnt play vs good players or didnt prove himself despite all evidence. When Wilt is givng out 35 to prime 28/17 Elvin Hayes...Hayes is a milkman or something...but when nearly washed up Hayes is giving 30 to the Showtime lakers in the 80s now hes solid competition?

It makes me wonder.....people realize that this guy Wilt is playing...

Who is giving Ewing 40 there and gave Hakeem like 47 twice right? The only difference being the one Wilt played was a lot younger and more athletic?


People treat him like he played 100 years ago....some of the same people who happily praise the 80s as a golden era when he was outplaying some of the same bigmen who were all stars in the 80s.....
