Both cowards who cannot handle a hint of criticism and quits on their teammates without even a two week notice to their bosses. Two con man who loved tampering and controlling the narrative and creating a persona that was all flash with zero substance. Two coach killers who repeatedly failed and bailed

Kobe tried to jump ship and didn't have org power and leverage like prime Lebron. False narrative with too many holes.

Both cowards who cannot handle a hint of criticism
That's a stretch. Both guys are all time great players in the NBA. One can't accomplish that without being able to handle a few critics.

quits on their teammates without even a two week notice to their bosses.
Magic said he loved his boss like a sister. This is deeper than employee vs boss. It's brother vs sister. She probably could have even talked him into staying. So, he decided to just let it be without any convo.

Two con man who loved tampering and controlling the narrative and creating a persona that was all flash with zero substance.
Two of the best players to ever play the game. The Lakers, with Lebron, are in a better route to winning a championship thanks to Magic and Lebron. Magic got Lebron to come to L.A. We can say if this or if that about if Magic wasn't there would Lebron still be in L.A., but that's a lot of ifs.

Two coach killers who repeatedly failed and bailed
Both reached the pinnacle in their careers as players and even excelled off the court with intelligent business decisions. That's a far cry from failure.

Of course you'll probably respond with more nonsense, but that's expected. :D

Miami and the Cavs (2nd time) didn't have head coaches?
