First order of business: fix the toxic waste contaminating the locker room :applause:

Imagine watching the struggle as power is restored to management where it belongs :lol

Fighting one hostile takeover with another superior takeover from a former player with a vastly superior bbiq that takes a back seat to no one :applause:

Kobe would absolutely trade Bran. Kobe ain't no bitch, he doesn't give a shit about friendship when it comes to basketball.

Mamba mentality will be the forefront of the Lakers prospering once again. It's exactly what the Lakers need. Someone with a sack.

I'd rather they go with someone whose greatest accomplishment in life isn't putting an orange ball through a hoop. Maybe someone who can actually lead, manage, negotiate and make deals.

1. kobe would never take the job because of his new born and toddler. his wife would leave him if he alienated himself from his family like that.

2. even if kobe didn't have that problem he's 100% all in on creative projects with whatever spare time he has. he has a best selling book that will become a very long series. why else would the first one be called "training camp"

3. even if kobe had neither. he would be totally against a major position on a current nba team. he's said in the past that he would be too inclined to play and it would drive him crazy.

4. if he was forced into doing it at gun point. he would just be jeanie's yes man and would go with luke and bran till they retired or he stepped down. not only because he loves jeanie even more than magic. but because she would fire him if he went against her wishes. its more than obvious that the buss family is still making all the decisions and jeanie firing her brother was just a smoke screen.

5. the lakers are f*cked. lukes going nowhere... and i'm not saying he was the problem. but when the players don't buy into a coach they don't give 100%. the players need a black coach they can relate with because of the way the nba is right now with the anti white movement

They don't need another former player with zero front-office experience.

Who's available with cache? David Griffin? :lol

OP, what makes you think Kobe would be a successful President/GM/WhateverOtherFrontOfficePositionHeMightTake? We've seen a lot of great players utterly fail when they moved up to management. Magic. Bird. MJ. What makes you think Kobe would be any different? Not saying he won't be, just curious about your reasoning.

Nah, we've seen that great players tend to make bad GM's more often than not.
