Ever since the failed Anthony Davis trade, the entire Lakers team has fallen apart and there has been a power struggle between Jeanie Buss, LeBron James and Rich Paul. In order to restore order to this historic franchise, Buss should consider hiring Phil Jackson to keep LeBron's posse in check.

Just think about the psychological battles and drama that could ensue. Would surely trump this Laker season as even more exciting to follow.

Rekindle the flame with Phil and rekindle this Lakers franchise back into glory.
