what are his numbers?
I'm talking playing straight up like lebron james, going for nothing but record books screw the rings and winning
I'm thinking he peaks at 41/10/11
probably never has a season under 32 ppg even in 97-98
hell I'd love to see "jordan ball" like we call "lebron ball"
at least it'd be worth watching :oldlol:

IF? Uhh, he already did that.
He neglected rebounding and assisting and defense to focus on scoring the ball.
41% FG Top 5 worst FG% in FMVP history two times. Yikes.

Let's take away the FMVP rhetoric since MJ never lost, and compare his 41.5%FG/53.8%TS to Lebron's 2007, 2013 & 2015 Finals, is it higher or lower? We're comparing 33 y.o MJ to young/peak Lebron here.

Yall forget this existed?
This feels like it's 2016 LeBron when he lead all players in all major statistical categories. Only this time he's doing it against Jordan
LeBron shoots a better pecentage from 2
LeBron shoots a better pecentage from 3
He has a higher FG%, eFG%, and TS%
He has a better AST%, TRB%, BPG%, and a lower USG%
MJ scores more points, but also has a higher USG% and a higher FT%
With advanced metrics, both in the regular season and playoffs, it gets even worse for Jordan
https://i.postimg.cc/52mBwW6h/LBJ-vs-MJ-complete.png
LeBron leads MJ in: Win Shares, TS%, TRB%, AST%, BLK%, OWS, DWS, OBPM, DBPM, BPM, VORP
MJ leads in: FT%, and STL%
LeBron also has slightly more turnovers, but a better assist-to-turnover ratio, so boom roasted there too:

Can we please stop thinking Jordan is better now? LeBron crushes him in almost every category and if you look at total playoff stats it's a LANDSLIDE victory, with nearly 1000 more points and double the rebounds.
Thoughts?

My thoughts are you're derailing my thread :lol
but if you want me to be real with you, none of those numbers mean shit when you're stat padding WHICH is what this thread is about
so yeh...
by the way these "advanced stats" have gary the glove payton outside the top 200 in defense, look it up
then look who is in front of him, hell i think cousins is in front of him :lol
so there goes that too..

idk bruh
something tells me if lebron had larry bird on the wing, shaq down low, magic running the point and kareem at PF all their career stats would drop like a rock
I wonder why

We saw what happened when MJ actively tried to 'statpad' and be conscious of his across the board numbers. The 89 season when he was ringing off triple doubles when moved to PG. I mean bear in mind 93 he put up 33/7/6 and this was within the confines of the triangle. By 93 he was already 'slightly' declining from his peak athleticism. A 1990-93 Jordan unencumbered by the triangle? 33/8/8 would have been routine numbers through the duration of his prime.

He avg. almost 26fga per game that season. In the Finals that same year he avg. 33fga. There was nothing confining him. He was definitely trying to stat pad.

If he stat padded in today's no d, 3 ball, wide open lane league, he would average 50ppg

The only time he put up more FGA than that, he averaged 37 a game as a solo act in a far less restrictive offense so yeah, if 93 MJ was in the same offense being employed in 89..... on-ball, pre-prime Pippen....his numbers would have obviously been better. 93, while maybe two years removed from his athletic peak, was probably the closest point when his physical ability matched his skillset. The only reason his FGA went up is because Scottie's numbers went down in 93 from 92, if memory serves he was battling some injuries. Hopefully you looked that up in your process of trying to retort what I was saying. Had nothing to do with stadpadding. The Bull needed his offense during the 93 finals, hence the field goal attempts. It's not like the Bulls were blowing out the Suns even with MJ going HAM on offense.

When he was ACTIVELY statpadding, he BARELY averaged a triple double over like 10 games, cuck m8.

I think it's funny how some of u say stat pad. Lebron could go for crazier numbers if he wanted to. I'd say makes sure his averages are maintained.

What do you mean if? Guess you should familiarize yourself with the pre triangle portion of Mike's career.......that'd be a start.

I think Jordan could have played a losing style and averged 45 ppg.
Not sure if he shoots 50% from the field but he would put up the points.

Oh wow, stats, displaying Jordan has won more rings with lower stats compared to an annual loser that has a 33% chance of winning it all.
LeGone has had 6 opportunities to cement his place as Goat, failed and you still have the audacity refute MJ as GOAT? Beeatch, the debate was over since 2011. Beaten by a lanky Euro and a manlet ese'.
Please focus your account and head over to the Mongolian basket weaving website where your deluded fan fiction fantasies will actually be appreciated for the effort you put into your incomprehensible opinion. Thanks, bye.

MJ averaged 30/9/11 in 24 games at PG in 1989, including a 44.9 assist %, which is higher than any season of lebron's career
And PG's back then brought the ball up and then passed to a teammates to make plays - they didn't run today's high screen roll and keep the ball the whole possession
So mj's stats would explode in today's game.. if he was specifically stat-padding (not trying to do anything else), he'd average 45-55

It doesn't matter. LeBron is inferior at the game of basketball compared to MJ so what ever level of "crazy" you had in mind, MJ would just top him.:applause:
