He's already accomplished everything he set out to do according to himself, and he's just enjoying LA life while being ultra-rich and famous.

He'll use the Lakers as a slow retirement/master troll session and try to get the all time scoring record and then maybe go back to the Cavs for one year after the Lakers for his final go.

I mean, the dude is the epitome of self actualized and transcended the normal human experience. He's in another dimension.

kobe is already respected by his peers esp jordan. He won without superteam while lebron knows his rings are cheap so he still has lot to prove. Respect from nerds doesnt mean anything.

NBA players wouldn't be anything without the fans. The fans are most important.
