no he's not. they fired him bc he's a euro coach with guard heavy plays. there were entire quarters where he ignored his #1 draft pick. refusing to draw plays for the #1 draft pick will get you fired. incredible that ayton still managed to average 16pts this season. there were games where he'd have 10-14pts by the first half and maybe 2-6pts in the 2nd half. then there were games where he had zero plays drawn for him :facepalm

and ownership asked all the players if they liked igor, they all said he was a good guy but no one felt he was in charge. they all looked at his assistant as the man in charge.

I'm convinced the Suns organization has no clue what they're doing. Don't hire an international coach next time.

From what I saw they were basically running the same offense as the Jazz. The Jazz offense revolves around Gobert. If Ayton does his job in the offense he should be even better than Rudy is. Screen and roll or in his case pop as well. Should be plenty of opportunities for him
