To be fair... I mean, I would assume you only sell a property if:

1. You're running outta money, which he isn't.
2. You're gonna buy a new property and need cashflow, which tbh, he could just probably buy a new house outright.

Or...

3. He's changing coasts, which is really the only reason I could see... Malibu is Malibu, like... That's some of the most highly sought after property in the world. If you're on the East Coast, may as well go to Miami from wherever you are, right?

Interesting one this, I don't normally let property dealings impact where I think someone will end up.

New York is a better vibe than fake Southern California these days. I've lived here my whole life. Not on the beaches of Malibu but enough to know California is overrated and filled with the fakes biiiiatches around. East Coast has always been more real.
