i like bird ... hes right there with kobe in terms of skills offensively. but kobe was 10 times better on defense and was 1st team all nba in year 14, 15, 16, 17 while bird retired after 13 years

2 more rings plus bird had way more help.. and kobe had more 50 point games in a week than bird did in his entire career

kobes just better. no shame in it.
