He was actually yelling at them to foul. I don't get how not one of the 5 Spurs on the floor had the awareness to foul there

He wasn't screaming at them to foul, he was screaming at them to hurry the **** up to the locker room cause Matlock was coming on.

Great question. I have no clue.

And he wasn't screaming at them to foul. At least one player would have responded to it if he was.

Moreover, players should have known to foul without Pop yelling it. It's almost as if they were told not to foul.

didn't see it but heard about it on the radio .. apparently pop is getting blasted for this .. I don't care how chips he has, that's inexcusable .. it's bad enough if you do this in any game .. but a game 7 in the playoffs smh .. 4 pts with 27 sec is a lifetime

I agree, but Pop is yelling at them to move up and foul...and the players simply don't move and do what he says.

Definitely should have seen more smarts / fight out of the Spurs in the last 30 seconds...would never deny that...

But, down 4 without the ball under 30 seconds and I'm guessing you have less than a 1% chance to win.

Still a blunder, but it isn't like they lost because of this. They were going to lose regardless with close to certainty.

I don't disagree, but that's literally where the Spurs found themselves against Miami in 2013 :lol

That's exactly what I was thinking.

Kawhi missed two crucial free throws

Literally everyone on the Spurs' bench screamed at the guys to foul them... idiots just gave up on the game.
