Durant carries the most. Lebron also carries quite a bit. But Giannis is at the top of the list at combining carrying with traveling. But his travels are tough to call because they often occur through contact. Like if you're fouled and you travel because of it, but make the bucket, should it be an and1? Watching, Giannis it seems the league's answer is yes.
