Considering KD is probably the hardest player to ever guard one on one with these new rules than KD would be tougher.. There has never been a 7footer that can shoot like Bird, go to the basket like mj, and has dribbles that could rival the best guards in the league..

Harder to guard =/= better player, as mentioned some guys were great because of their ability to elevate their teammates. Guys like Magic, Bird, Russell did that while not exactly being known for being the scoring assassins that Wilt, MJ, and Kobe were known for to go along with all-around ability
