ive a feeling he's holding out for 2020 just so he can claim the 4 decade achievement :lol

He is the perfect storm for longevity.

He can shoot 3s, and shooters age well. He was an athletic freak, so when he losses athleticism with age he still has enough to compete. He isn't that big, so he doesn't take the beating running the floor that bigger guys have to deal with.

He should just sign with the Warriors. Their bench could use him; dude can still ball.

Did all of Toronto bury the hatch or most of them still hold a grudge?

Didn't know that will be the record, he should play for 25 then.

Vince Carter was still a good player coming off our bench. He could be seriously valuable for a championship team

And his skill level/IQ for the game is, in retrospect, underrated.

Guess he knew what he was doing when he stopped relentlessly attacking the rim after 2004. Sacrificed a few meaningless spots on the all-time list and quadrupled his career earnings :applause:

I love the Vince Carter story and evolution. A lot of people doubted he loved basketball, but nah.

What a waste of a roster spot. Instead of developing a young guy, this guy will take minutes. Great job, he has no interest in winning. Compile away. No one should forget the gutless way you forced yourself off the Raptors.

we were lucky to have carter he put on a show every night and made everyone obsessed with the nba.

we gave him a resounding round of applause last time, and he cried.

Vince Carter hasn't been relevant since he was with the Raptors. He's just collecting checks at this point.

If Kawhi stays in Toronto, keeping them as contenders, he should go there for one more year.

I remember watching a Kings Cavs game a few years back in Sacramento and Vince Carter proceeded to drop his season-high and win the game for the Kings :lol

The whole time I was thinking how the hell is he doing this at this age?! At least I had good seats.
