VORP

VORP is kind of like legalizing women to vote. At first the skeptical "we don't like change" people were kinda iffy about it but now it's a normal thing. VORP will be a normal thing sooner than later. It's a real statistic :confusedshrug: And MJ was the KING of VORP for a VERY long time.

Until, well...You know

Has this stat been tweaked from inception to ensure Jordan ranks #1 in it? No? It can't be a real stat then. I'll stick with PER.

VORP is tied to games played

Nonetheless, MJ is still #2 all-time - we don't know who has a higher average vorp - we only know lebron accumulated more vorp after playing more games

Ultimately, only MJ is top 2 in the "big 4" advanced stats - PER, WS/48, BPM, VORP - for both the regular season and playoffs

MJ was also #1 in plus-minus until Curry broke his record in 16'

So MJ owns the advanced stats.. and the raw stats - only player to average 30/5/5 and 10-time scoring champ and 3-time steals leader

Yeah, that's why I did per game so you wouldn't cry.

LeBron is better peak and career wise for VORP and better peak PER

Yikes...Better try to spin the narrative another way now

You stanned a fraud .. and an exposed fraud - everyone saw him get exposed this year, yet here you are posting lies to prop up his record

How's your day going? Did you drink enough water? Make sure you get enough rest tonight and work out at least 4 times a week for 45 minutes. Work-life balance is also important so be sure to do that as well.

Would you say Westbrook had the greatest regular season ever in 2017?

So is the formula so different between RS and PO? This stat has Westbrook having the GOAT season. Explain homeboy

Or do you not know how to explain this stat you're pushing?

Yeah, again, the big boys are discussing PLAYOFF numbers. The "regular season warriors" can have a seat at the kiddie table. Okay?

LeBron at 5
Jordan at 4

Very close battle, peak for peak LeBron looks to be ahead for the moment. Also it looks like Duncan was the only other player to get above .130 over a playoff run.
