There is a lot of talent on that team.
More than on Milwaukee.

You go out of your way to post "original" thoughts, and that's how you typically end up with verbal diarrhea

We don't have enough information to know that at this point.
I mean, Kyrie was amazing next to Lebron on the Cavs in the playoffs...and certainly didn't limit that team at all...in fact, he unlocked its potential.
Now, I know you are asking about Kyrie leading a team and having the offense run through him.
I've always leaned more towards "yes" as the answer to that question given what I've seen from him in his career, but we don't have enough of a sample size to conclude anything because his time early in his career is hard to judge fairly...and he missed the playoffs last year and we've only seen a handful of games this year.
This series should be pretty enlightening though.
Simply put, he's been quite underwhelming to date in the playoffs this year and specifically in this series...but again, only 3 games.
But, we can talk about scenarios. Scenarios I've talked about for a couple years now concerning Kyrie on the Celtics...with most people thinking I was crazy for entertaining trading him a while back before this summer situation.
Like, what do Celtics fans even want if the Bucks win the series and Kyrie performs roughly at his current level of shooting 52% TS with an ortg of 104. Like, do Celtics fans want to max out a guy in Kyrie that has battled injuries throughout his career and, if they lose, hasn't proven anything of note as the man of a super talented team in 2 years right in the heart of his prime? A player that has a history of being hurt in the playoffs?
That doesn't mean Kyrie isn't awesome. He is. It is just...on this team...with so much other talent that is going to be limited (not even Kyrie's fault half the time) no matter what...is it worth paying him?
I honestly don't know the answer. Again, I've always leaned towards trading Kyrie last summer or early this year because I didn't see the "for sure" Finals appearance that I'd want to have in order to run this thing back year after year.
But, we'll see...the next few games are really interesting for the future of this Celtics squad. They certainly have the talent to win this series...especially with Brogdon out.

Oh he definitely did.
He's an ideal sidekick.
Not a superstar though. He should do more with this team if he was.

I lean towards this answer, but I think it is too early to really argue that.
I mean, what will you say if he turns it on, plays great, and the Celtics make the finals? Would be hard to argue he's not capable of leading a team if that were to happen.
But, like I said above, if it is more of the same we've seen so far in the playoffs from him and the Celtics lose this series.
Yea, going to be hard to argue he's a franchise leader.
