Here's a great 8-minute routine that is better than any treadmill, elliptical, or stationery bike.

Any boxers on here? I gotta assume that in those 8 minutes that you've probably burned upwards to 500 calories.

I doubt you have the footwork to keep up with me. You're one burrito away from cardiac arrest. Only thing you have going for you right now is that you're fairly young.
But I'll spar with ya. The best way to reach fitness goals is to have a motivated partner or team around you.

this is just cardio.. you need resistance. me and my friends do a bit of sparing with target mitts... you get twice the work out than just punching air

I use my Everlast shadow boxer resistance band at the end of every workout and go through different combos quickly , after five minutes my breath is out and my muscles pretty much useless.

Hitting heavy bags gave me larger arms. But you want to do the most effective amount of cardio in the shortest amount of time with the most output?
JUMP ROPE

No doubt. But if you didn't have a partner, this is still an effective way of burning some calories without having to jump on some machine.
I like to combine about 5-10 mins of shadowboxing with some weightlifting.

He said boxing, not bench press. :facepalm
Your t-rex 45” reach isn’t going to be effective against him.

you sound very insecure about height hence the projection, i'm guessing you're about 5'4? :oldlol:
Projection? Is that the rational you use to make you feel better about your short reach? :oldlol:
If that's what works for you I guess.....:applause:
